My items got damaged during the transit, what should I do?

Please snap a photo of the damaged item(s) with photos of the box and send it together with your order number by clicking on the button below which says "Contact Us".
We will assess the damaged item and will provide compensation with sole discretion. Do provide photos of the box as well to show the extent of the damage.

Please note that damaged items can only be assessed within 7 days from received date.
