When do the subscription box ship?

As the items in the subscription boxes are specially curated and design exclusively by Sophie & Toffee. These lovely items have to go through the designing and then the manufacturing process and finally packing them together with love. The boxes ships immediately once ready, fresh from our factory.

These boxes are pre-ordered and billed a month in advance. This will then submit the order to our warehouse so that our subscribed customers can be assured that that month's box has been reserved for them.

Billing/Renewal is processed one month in advance for the next month's box. Eg: Billing for June's Box is done in May.

The actual shipping of the boxes usually happens the following month (according to payment date). International shipping takes around 5 business days to 4 weeks depending also on the country and the processing speed of your local post.
You will also receive a tracking email once it has been shipped.

However, the shipping date is subjected to manufacturing delays or shipment delays. In such cases, we appreciate your kind understanding and patience while we endeavour to ensure your package reach you. All our store items (excluding the current subscription theme box) ships within 2 business days as they are readily available in our store. You may also consider purchasing our past subscription theme boxes from our store which do not have a waiting time. These are subjected to availability.
