I cancelled my subscription - why did I receive a box?

Per our cancellation policy, monthly subscriptions must be cancelled by 11:59 PM SGT on the day prior to your processing date in order to avoid the next box. If you cancelled after your subscription was processed for the month, then a box will still ship the following month. Our subscription boxes are processed immediately as a pre-order to especially curate, make from scratch at our factories. They are not refundable. Sometimes, billing statements will display posted payments on the date following our processing dates, so it may appear that you cancelled before payment. Once a box has processed, we move quickly to order, pack and ship, so we cannot remove boxes from shipment after processing.

Customers who cancel their 3, 6, or 12-month renewing subscriptions will still receive boxes that have been pre-paid. For example, if you cancel a 6-month renewing subscription four months into a renewal, then you will still receive the remaining two boxes from the renewal that have already been paid for. However, after the 6 crates in the term have been shipped, your subscription will not be automatically renewed.
